  1. I’m in the online business for many years but fortunately I never made these mistakes. It’s not always easy engaging the subscribers with great content. However you can learn from it.

  2. Totally agree with your advice “Avoid Sending Messages for the Sake of It”. Nothing makes me want to unsubscribe faster than receiving emails not related to what I signed up for or sending more of the same over and over. I am much more likely to pay attention if I receive what I asked for and not too often.
